Choo Chye

 

Choo Chye attended Evangel at a young age through the invitation of his sister, Karen. After the completion of his 'N' Levels and National Service, he worked in the retail line for two years. Thereafter, he joined a water treatment company servicing cooling towers and boilers. Having initially declined the opportunity to join Evangel, Choo Chye’s courage was ignited and his perspective was changed to respond otherwise after receiving a prophetic word. Choo Chye joined Evangel in 1999 and he is presently a Logistics Co-ordinator. His other responsibilities include overseeing the youths from the northern part of Singapore, coordinating weddings conducted by Evangel, and assisting in audio/visual operations. Choo Chye is married to Suet Ferng, a town planner with the Housing and Development Board (HDB). Choo Chye enjoys a game of tennis with his wife; watching tennis matches on TV and is an ardent fan of Manchester United. He also loves diving even though he does not get many opportunities to do it. His passion is interacting with his youths and to see them excel in their studies or their work.
